Pricing depends on which activation you choose, the duration, and your location. The Scribbler starts from £2,250, the Revolver Cam from £1,450, and the Brandinator from £1,250 for a standard half or full day. Send us your brief and we'll come back with a tailored quote, usually within 24 hours.

We can sometimes accommodate bookings with just a few days' notice depending on availability, but for the best chance of securing your date, especially during peak seasons (spring/summer events, Christmas), we'd recommend booking 3-4 weeks ahead where possible.

Yes. We offer community and charity rates on a case-by-case basis, and agencies booking multiple activations across a campaign get preferential pricing. Just mention this when you enquire.

Every quote includes the unit itself, branding setup, an on-site operator, all software and licensing, and a post-event data report. Travel outside Birmingham is costed separately and shown transparently in your quote.

Yes, every activation comes with a trained operator who manages setup, guest flow, troubleshooting and breakdown. You don't need to provide any staff, though we're happy to work alongside your team if you'd like.

Most activations need roughly a 3x3m footprint and a standard UK 13A socket within reasonable cable distance. If you're outdoors or power is limited, let us know in advance and we'll plan around it.

Yes, branding is built into every booking. We can apply your logo, colours and campaign assets to the unit wrap, the on-screen overlay, the printed output and the digital share gallery.

For outdoor events we always plan a covered contingency or indoor fallback in advance. If a technical fault occurs on site, our operator troubleshoots immediately. Sessions are saved locally as a backup so no content is lost even with a connectivity drop.

A full post-event report including session counts, share rates, reach estimates, opted-in email addresses, and all video or photo output, delivered within 48 hours.

You receive full usage rights to all content captured at your activation for your own marketing purposes. We occasionally request permission to use anonymised highlights in our own portfolio, always with your sign-off first.

We're based in Birmingham and cover the whole UK, including London, Manchester and Cardiff regularly. International bookings are available on request.

Yes, it's common for clients to run two or three of our activations side by side, for example the Scribbler and the Brandinator together, to capture different types of content from the same audience.
